The construction of a new eruv in the main part of Jerusalem's Kiryat Yovel neighborhood is now complete.
The need for the eruv, funded by R' Refoel Halperin, arose when more than 100 bnei Torah families, especially young couples, moved into a central section of Kiryat Yovel, where Torah activity is growing. The new eruv will connect to the Bayit Vegan eruv. Read on ...
