TENAFLY -- The borough will decide next week how it will pay a settlement reached in a legal battle over a religious enclosure.

Mayor Peter Rustin said the council on Tuesday is expected to approve using cash reserves for a portion of the $325,000 in legal fees to the Tenafly Eruv Association. Read on ...
